Who and what does the grant cover

  • Art museums outside Denmark may apply for acquisition of works by Danish artists
  • Danish art museums may apply for acquisition of works by Danish and international artists

Note

  • No funding is provided for transport, insurance, framing, or conservation.
  • It is possible to apply for acquisition of more than one work within a single application. However, it should be noted that the fund is primarily intended for the acquisition of individual works.
  • If the applicant chooses to apply for multiple works in one application, the maximum length remains 10 pages.
If it is assessed that 10 pages do not provide sufficient space for a comprehensive account, it is recommended to distribute the works across multiple application rounds.
